Just One Thing
As organised as I normally am, lately I have found myself quietly freaking out at the amount of stuff on my plate.
Between work, two websites, kids, family, house, activities and some semblance of social life I have come a tad undone. So before I totally have a panic attack, I am starting a new way of working. Doing just one thing. One thing, every day, for every part of my life.
I have taken the Personal Projects Printables and are using them now as a weekly list rather than a monthly one. I’m writing just one thing to do each day of the week in the hope that the step back will allow me to focus on each task a whole lot better and maybe that way I won’t feel like I have too much to do.
Even super mums get stressed….right?!
