School Holidays are over in Sydney and it’s back to school we go:(
The girls and I spent one of our last beach days with some great friends and I made this cute little take on a Ploughman’s Lunch to share. It’s the best idea, an edible basket! No need for extra washing up and excess containers, just hollow out a bread loaf (I used a Cob Loaf, you could use anything) and use that to hold all your ploughman-type fillings! Ours had BBQ Chicken, Leg Ham, Brie and Tasty Cheese, Cucumbers and Grape Tomatoes. Just pack a few jars of your favourite relish, chutney or mustards and the bread you pulled from the loaf and the easiest picnic lunch in history is good to go!!
The weather has really started to warm here and the sun is shining almost every day! I can see many many more summer picnics in our future!
