OK so you may have noticed the fabulous photography missing from this weeks’ WW post. That was due to my computer having a panic attack and posting without me actually pressing a button….it really just added to the trend of my day as earlier it had deleted an entire day’s photoshopping I was doing for my business….Oh I was NOT happy! Possibly my favourite quote ever (Hawkeye Pearce, from M.A.S.H) sums it up perfectly. ”The trouble with machinery is that charm doesn’t work on it”. God Yes!
Anyway, I thought I would just post up a few pictures of the process so you all get a proper idea of how to Make Your Bacon!!
Gather your Marinade Ingredients…
Buy Some Pork…
Add pork and marinade to bag….
Seal, Massage and Refrigerate!!
Add your wood chips and pork to your smoker..
The finished product!
